Steps to Purchasing a Notifact Wireless Monitoring System

1.Open an Account on the Notifact website. Select “Open an Account” on the website and complete the requested information.

2.Complete Order form

Pricing:

Flexible pricing is based on annual volume of devices purchased. For each device there is a unit purchase price plus a monthly monitoring fee for service.
Contact Notifact at contact@notifact.com for specific pricing.
A convenient rental plan can be arranged for qualified purchases.

Monthly Monitoring Fee Includes:

24 hour / 7 day monitoring.

Nightly heartbeat messages.

Unlimited Web access for device configuration and inquires.

Past 90 days of Heartbeats and Alert Messages available at Web site.

Account set-up assistance, if required.

Up to the following number of Alert Messages and Web Deliveries per month

50 e-mails, XML deliveries or message pages and
10 fax, phone messages or modem deliverires and
10 numeric pager calls (assumes $1.50 numeric pager service charge identified below)
10 Web Deliveries (data log at website without external messaging)

Extras Not Included:

Additional Alert Messages (e-mails, faxes or pager calls) over the monthly allotment will be charged at $.25 each.
Additional Web Deliveries over the monthly allotment will be charged at $.15 each
Voice retrieval and Numeric pager service if selected as a delivery method is $1.50 per Notifact transmitter per month.
Device activation fee : $25.00
Non-Web (operator assisted) set-up and configuration changes $5.00 per call.
Modbus networked equipment may have an additional monthly sevice fee charge. Consult factory for monthly service fees for networked equipment.
Output Relay commands: $1.00 each "on" signal, $1.00 each "off" signal (See specific model for availability)
Data Requests commands: $1.00 (See specific model for availability)

Shipping:

All prices are F.O.B., Fairfield, New Jersey and the method and route of
shipment are at Notifact, LLC's discretion, unless the Purchaser
supplies explicit instructions regarding shipment.

Select Payment Terms:

1. On Account- Applies to monitoring device purchase or annual payments of service only. Upon approval of Credit Application, device purchases and annual payments may be charged on open account. A 5% discount will be applied to all annual pre-payments of user fees that are paid within allowed terms of Net 30 days.

2. Credit Card- Applies to all purchases. Monthly User Fees may be established as monthly automatic charge to credit card account. A 5% discount will be applied to all annual pre-payments of user fees that are charged to credit card.

3. Electronic Funds Transfer- Applies to all purchases. Authorized charges will be deducted directly from directed accounts. Monthly User Fees may be established as monthly automatic charge to specific account. A 5% discount will be applied to all annual pre-payments of user fees that are paid by electronic funds transfer.
Note: Charges for extras will be billed monthly via e-mail and automatically charged to credit card or bank account after 10 days from billing.
